We’re running this course with Software Cornwall, and it will run over 2 mornings a week apart from 1000 – 1300.
We wanted it to be accessible to everyone, so we have purposely picked child-friendly hours.

We won’t be delving into how to do the marketing activities, we’ll be focusing on how being Agile can make you a better marketer and improve your processes.
If you don’t have a basic understanding of marketing, you won’t find this course helpful.
If you have an understanding of Agile but aren’t sure how to apply it for marketing, this session will help demystify it for you.
It doesn’t matter if you’re in PR. social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing or you’re an all-rounder. You will find this session helpful and will leave with tangible things to try.

Lyssa-Fêe Crump
Lyssa is the founder of Kraken Marketing and is obsessed with using Agile methodologies and data-driven marketing to help tech businesses level up.
She’s been invited to speak at a number of conferences, government organisations, and private companies about her Agile marketing badassery.
Lyssa’s a massive nerd with a GIF obsession. Not to brag but she’s won a few awards too.
Rachel Picken
Rachel is the founder of Agile PR, co-founder of 80% Awesome, and a qualified Agile coach.
She specialises in strategic, integrated communications and PR evaluation with an Agile approach. Rachel even designed and delivered a course for the CIPR: Agile Project Management for PR, which she delivers nationally.
She was a featured writer for the Scrum Alliance and has been a speaker at a number of international Agile conferences.
